Leadership Traning 2026

The Leadership Training Kuala Lumpur 2026 brought together around 50 participants from several countries for a focused program on strengthening leadership and organisational management capabilities.

The training was designed to equip participants with practical skills to lead more effectively, manage community initiatives, and build stronger organisations in their respective countries.

A particular emphasis was placed on developing the capacity to empower and nurture the younger generation, while also strengthening participants’ ability to serve and support their wider communities.

The program reflected IMA’s commitment to developing capable, responsible, and future-oriented leaders who can contribute positively to both their communities and the next generation.
